Good news on the roofs! We will begin repairing the roofs on Monday, July 28, 2008. We have finally came to an agreement with our insurance company and the job will start on Monday and finish within 30 days. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns regarding this.

GATE UPDATE AGAIN!

I apologize for the gates not being closed as they should have been yesterday evening. We are having problems with the new computer system and if I were to close the gates, the new remotes would not work. Our contractor will be by today to hopefully fix the problem. In the mean time, please accept my sincere apology on not making the deadline as stated in our Town Hall Meeting. We will get thru this...I am sure of it!

GATES!

Due to the high demand of new remotes and all residents not able to make it to pick them up by today, we will be waiting one more day on the Gates to be closed. The gates will be closed on Tuesday, July 22, 2008...I will not be waiting another day on this, so please make sure you come by the office and pick up your remote and give us your phone number.

Town Hall Meeting - Thank you for Attending!

Thanks to everyone who attended our Town Hall Meeting last night! It was such a refreshing difference from our first one. I appreciate all of your comments, opinions and resolutions to our continued success as a community here at Bella Vida. As I stated in our meeting, you are our Eyes and Ears and when you see or hear something, let us know. We can work together to make our community the best of the best....as it should be! :)
I will be sending out a follow up memo to the entire property tomorrow on our discussions from last night.

Town Hall Meeting Postponed

Our 2nd Annual Town Hall Meeting has been postponed until Tuesday, July 15th!!!!

It will begin at 6:45 pm with City of Plano and our new Courtesy Associates attending for questions and concerns.

Town Hall Meeting

Please do not forget to join us for our 2nd Annual Town Hall Meeting to be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2008 beginning at 6:45.
Plano Recycling will be here to speak at 7:00 to Officially Kickoff our Recycling Program, along with our two new Courtesy Officers on hand to meet and answer any questions.

Gates!

For those of you who are curious as to why the gates are not closed yet, please let me explain. The phone company was out to repair the phone line and found that the line that was originally put in was for an interior line not an exterior line. With this being said, they will be out again this week to install a new line, then the gate will close. The GATES are ready and are in working condition, however without the phone line installed, you would have to meet all your guests in order to let them in as your phone number would not work yet and we will not be giving out any codes. Please stop by the office or call me to discuss if you have any additional questions or concerns.
