Pay Rent Online

We are delighted to let you know that you can now pay your rent online! We have teamed up with Innercircuit to offer you the ability to make payments to us online – an alternative to the hassle of mailing in or dropping off hard copy rent checks at our office. It’s more secure and convenient than hard copy rent checks and it’s free. Go green! You can pay using your checking, savings, money market, or credit union account.

Incident Response

For those of you who heard or are interested as to what happened on Sunday evening, below are the details from WFAA and the detective.


Plano police on Monday were investigating a double shooting that occurred Sunday night.
Officers responded to a call regarding weapons about 10:25 p.m. in the 9600 block of Custer Road, near State Highway 121, and found two people shot, Plano police spokeswoman Heather Bowden said.
The victims were taken to a local hospital, but their injuries were not life threatening, police said.
Witnesses told police two groups of people had been arguing earlier in the evening, apparently leading to the shooting.
Ms. Bowden declined to provide any information about the victims.

***Our Courtesy officer, Meredith and Myself (Brandi) were all at the scene within minutes of the incident. From what Detective Woodburn told me, the individuals were coming from another community where a fight had broke out and happened to pull into Bella Vida. Unfortunately, the shooting occured on our property.

RECYCLING!

I am happy to say that our RECYCLING kick off went very well! We will continue to hand out BLUE bags in the office until they all run out. Please remember that the RECYCLING container is used only for this purpose. We are having trouble with residents already using this to put regular trash in. Lets all work together in being GREEN and use this recycling bin for its purpose.

Valet pick up for RECYCLING is on Tuesdays ONLY! Thursday and Saturday are still used for regular trash days, but not recycling. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the office 214-495-8200.

POOLS OPEN and NEW POOL FURNITURE

We hope that you enjoyed your Holiday weekend and also the new and improved pools! We will put out all new POOL FURNITURE on Friday, May 30th!!

POOL CLOSED!

Reminder that the pool will be closed for approximately two weeks beginning May 12, 2008 for resurfacing, new tile and upgrades. Please bare with us during this time so that the pools can reopen on time and look beautiful! If you have any questions, do not hesitate to call or stop by the office for more information.
