Getting your tee times is easy, and the rates at the Ridgeview Ranch Golf Club are some of the most reasonable around. What services are offered through the concierge office?

We are proud to serve you with a wide range of concierge services at Bella Vida at Ridgeview Country Club including scheduling Maid Service, Shuttles, Taxi or Limo Transportation, Pet & Plant Care, Delivery & Courier Service, Personal Training, Dry Cleaning and Carpet Cleaning. Do you have a tanning bed?

Yes, we do, don’t let the change of seasons keep you from being bronzed and beautiful! Enjoy a quick 20 minute session in our private tanning bed that is located in our clubhouse. Our tanning bed features new glass and bulbs, and tanning products for sale in the Concierge office. The tanning bed is available during regular office hours for only $2 per session.

Do you have a video library?

Yes, enjoy your favorite flick again or check out something new from our DVD and VHS Library. New movies are added to the collection monthly. All movies are complimentary check out for one day. After 24 hours, a nominal $2 per day is charged to your account for each movie out.

Do you offer massage therapy?

Yes, our Massage Therapist will treat you to spa-style pampering with the comfort of home. Allow yourself to be relaxed in our private massage room at the clubhouse. Our therapist offers a flexible schedule to meet your needs. Consider giving a friend or family member a specialized massage as a gift, as this service is available to share with those who do not currently reside at our community. Massage packages are offered in 1 hour sessions and feature the following specializations:

Do you have a guest suite available for residents guests?

We offer a fully furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment available for short term stays to our residents. This apartment home is equipped with linens, kitchenware and cable television – all of the comforts of home. The rental rate is $79 per night for stays 6 or fewer consecutive nights, and $60 per night for stays 7 consecutive nights or more. With your reservation, we require a fully refundable deposit check for $150 and advance rental payment. Your deposit check is returned after your guests check out as long as there are not any damages to the apartment or its furnishings. Your rental payment is deposited when your guests check in. Cancellations are required a minimum of 48 hours prior to check in. Make arrangements early for your friends and family this holiday season!

What about housekeeping services? Does your office provide services if I should need my apartment home cleaned?

Professional housekeeping services are available through Concierge Care, a company that specializes in caring for your home’s general cleaning and upkeep. Let someone care for your home while you relax by the pool with a book or catch the game in our theatre. Housekeeping is scheduled weekdays with flexibility to meet your needs and budget. Should circumstances arise that you have to move from our community, don’t forget to schedule a “Final Move-Out Cleaning Service” and save yourself the elbow grease! What school district are we in?

Bella Vida at Ridgeview Country Club is located in the Frisco Independent School District Our local schools are Anderson Elementary School, Clark Middle School and Centennial High School. These schools are ranked among the best in the area, offering excellent programs, experienced teachers, top test scores and a majority of students pursuing higher education after graduation.

What are the pet requirements?

We allow pets up to 75 pounds with a deposit. We do ask that dogs, while outdoors, are secured by leash at all times. We also provide convenient pet stations throughout the community to assist with keeping the grounds clean and attractive.

Do you have wireless internet access in the clubhouse?

Yes, we are pleased to offer wireless internet service in the clubhouse for convenience and mobility when using your own laptop computer. If your computer has wireless access capabilities, you can connect from anywhere in the main clubhouse or the main swimming pool area behind the clubhouse, at no additional cost to you. Please be aware that you are solely responsible for usage, content and your equipment when using the wireless connection.

The SSID (name of the wireless network) is "Ridgeview-business"

You will need a laptop that has built in wireless networking or possess a PCMCIA card that can pick up wireless networks. All you have to do is to search for that network using the windows XP wireless configuration tool or whichever wireless configuration tool you have embedded in your laptop. Once you have located the "Ridgeview-business" SSID, simply select and connect.

What if I need shuttle transportation to the airport?

Let us schedule shuttle transportation for you to either DFW International Airport or Love Field Airport. Save yourself the cost of airport parking and be dropped off at the gate. Round trip rates include tip and will be billed through your account statement.

Do you accept credit cards?

For your convenience, we offer credit payment options with VISA and MasterCard. You can pay your rent, water bill, concierge services and other balances with the convenience of a credit card, with a nominal 3% processing fee. You can come into the office Monday through Friday and we can swipe your card and charge the amount you indicate.

You can also come into the office or phone anytime during regular business hours and have an associate complete a Credit Card Authorization Form with you. You can then authorize either a one time payment for a specific amount or a recurring payment for a set amount, scheduled for a set day each month.
